Welcome to Wave Bookings. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of tickets for events promoted through our platform. By using this website or purchasing tickets, you agree to these Terms.



1. Ticket Purchases



All ticket sales are final unless stated otherwise.



Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and time shown.



Tickets may not be resold above face value or used for promotional purposes without prior written consent.



Entry to events may require proof of age (18+ for licensed venues). ID may be checked at the door.



2. Refunds & Cancellations



Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or as required by New Zealand consumer law.



If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within 30 days of the announcement.



Booking fees, service charges, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.



3. Event Conditions



Wave Bookings is not responsible for changes to the lineup, set times, or supporting acts.



Venue staff and security have the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for unsafe, antisocial, or illegal behaviour.



Attendees must comply with venue rules, health & safety regulations, and local laws.



4. Liability



Attendance at events is at your own risk.



To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wave Bookings is not liable for any injury, loss, theft, damage, or expenses arising from attending events or using the website.



If an event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), liability is limited to refunding the ticket price paid.



5. Website Use



You must not misuse the website, attempt to hack it, or interfere with its operation.



Content on the website (logos, text, images) remains the intellectual property of Wave Bookings and may not be copied or reused without permission.



6. Privacy



Personal information is collected and processed in line with the Privacy Policy.



By purchasing a ticket, you consent to receiving event-related communications. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.



7. Governing Law



These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.



Any disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts.
